Hello, friends and community!
As you know, the Northern Vietnam area got hit by Typhoon Yagi in September. Chris Tran and I have been working on a charity project to help families in need. This disaster left many families, especially children, vulnerable just as winter approaches.
I'm excited to share a special project in collaboration with my amazing friend Vinny Pickleball. He is hosting a 24-Hour Pickleball Marathon to raise fund for our disaster relief effort.
Last month, thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we raised $65,000 and provided aid to 3,000 people. But our mission isn't over yet. We have two more relief trips planned:
📅 October 25-27 – Lao Cai (Our friend Chris Tran will go soon!)
📅 November 26 – Hoa Binh (I will join this trip!)
Our goal is to help another 3,000 people by the end of 2024, focusing on providing medical packages for 2,000 adults and winter jackets for 1,000 children.
We have enough funding to cover 2,000 medical packages. However, we need your help to raise an additional $5,000 to purchase 1,000 jackets for underserved children. A new jacket costs only $5 same cost as a cup of coffee or boba tea, but it will make a huge impact for these mountain kids.

Event Details:
📍 Location: Forbes Hill Playground (100 Forbes Hill Road, Quincy MA 02170)
🕖 Start: 7 AM EST on October 27th
🕖 End: 7 AM EST on October 28th
For 24 hours straight, he will play pickleball outside to raise awareness and funds.
All donations and how we distribute the fund will be recorded here.
Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly towards purchasing jackets and medical care supplies for children and the elderly. Let’s come together, have fun, and make a real difference in the lives of those affected by Typhoon Yagi. See you on the court—and thank you for your support!
