What I offer
Author Visit
A bilingual read-aloud of one of my books, a peek at how picture books get made, and a hands-on activity that brings the story to life, from food tasting to crafts and games.
Cultural Workshop
Pick a theme: Lunar New Year, Mid-Autumn lanterns, boba tea tasting, Vietnamese traditional costume (áo dài), or a Vietnamese food ABCs tasting.
Festivals
I partner with cities, museums and nonprofits on full-day celebrations: storytelling, crafts, food, plus local lion dance, traditional dance and martial arts performers.
Want me to speak to adults: parents, educators, a conference or a panel? See Press & Speaking.
A peek at past events
Every program mixes bilingual storytelling, games, sensory play, crafts and food tasting. At festivals, local artists and performers join in with lion dance, traditional music and dance, martial arts and more.
